Julie James receives a letter from someone she doesn’t know. It’s shocking to her, what this person wrote. Last Fourth of July, there was a beach party. So Julie and her friends Barry, Ray and Helen were drinking and driving. Barry went crazy and the driver hit a boy. They hid the boy’s body, but someone was watching them. So this Fourth of July, Julie got a letter that said, “I know what you did last summer!” So now, this summer, the person that is messing with ulie, Barry, Helen, and Ray—what will he do? Read the boo to find out. I recommend this book for 9-12 graders because if you ever decide to drink and drive, it could cost you.
