The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold
The Lovely Bones is a book about Susie Salmon, a 14 year-old girl who is killed by an estranged neighbor. Her death affects many people, including her family. Her mother leaves and her father has the clues to avenge the killer. Susie, a ghost, is affected by all that is happening, but she learns a lesson and learns that it is okay for her to move on. I would recommend this book to everyone. It is brilliantly written. Her style separates her from other writers putting her above everyone else!

I think this book is kind of sad because the girlo dies and the police never gets the guy. What makes it interesting is that the guy is the neighbor

I have read the book. I really liked it. WAhen the movie came out, I ran to my mom's bedroom and asked her if she would take me to the movies. The movie is a little different than the book. Everyone should read this book because it is really awesome

Sounds like an interesting story but I didn't see the movie. I've heard many things about this story being good and that the story is better than the movie. I look forward to reading this story. I'm not that much of a reader though.

  11. I have seen the movie, but only read the beginning of the book. I liked the movie because it was similar to the book. It is sad because Susie dies and it was hard for her family to find her.
